Elite Protective Services, LLC was formed as a Texas Security Company specializing in professional protection of privately owned properties and governmental infrastructures. Our services are "Anchored in Integrity." Elite Protective Services is a U.S Veteran Owned company, highly experienced and run by veterans of the industry who offer exceptional customer service and carefully screened and trained personnel. We build strong customer relationships through individual attention to each customer's unique demands.

SERVICES

Elite Protective Services, LLC  provides armed and unarmed uniformed officers to respond to loss prevention, alarms and driver-by inspections, neighborhood and interior patrols, parking violations and deed restrictions. Our officers monitor and provide concierge services to high rise business and residential buildings, mid-rise and garage buildings, low-rise buildings, flats and parking lots. By foot or by mobile patrol, our officers, are committed to protecting gated communities, residential communities, businesses and even educational facilities and nonprofit organizations.

CONCIERGE

Front Desk services and after-hours monitoring that provides a welcoming environment while offering protection. The Concierge Officers are trained to focus on customer service tailored to the needs of the specific site. While executing friendly smiles as they meet & greet tenants, residents and guests, the officer also monitors the foot traffic, secure entrances and exits, respond to emergencies, monitor common areas, assist with deliveries and packages, handle phones and communicates with maintenance and housekeeping, to maintain the site and keep it clean and safe.

TRAINING

We exceed the standard State regulations by utilizing Texas Certified trainers, and individuals with hands-on experience to administer the online and classroom training. We certify and license our own staff.
